CuBing Club (Rubik's Cube)

Cubing club for young people interested in learning to cube or already know how. Learners will talk about cubes, learn new cubing algorithms or how to cube (if the learner does not know already), practice Rubik's cubing with the occasional competition at the studio; Someday we might participate in official World Cubing Association (WCA) competitions together.

Mondays for 5 weeks, 3:30-4:30pm; 

June 9th through July 7th, 2025.

Parents may attend and observe OR drop off then pick up your learner at 4:30pm sharp. 

*We will break for Summer after the first 5 weeks of the club. Cubing Club will start again in September.

 Young people aged 7-16 years old who want to learn to cube or know how to cube.

This club will be guided and led by one of our Middle School students, Logan. Adult supervision will be provided by our ES Guide, Alexis, or our MS Guide, JT. 

Free, however...some supplies need to be brought with each learner.

Each learner must bring your own cube and cubing timer (see below for suggested purchases). 

Cube: 

• MoYu RS3 M v5 , beginner option
• MoYu WRM v10, what Logan recommends. 
• Super MoYu WeiLong v2, what Logan uses.

Timer : 

• Speed Stacks Cubing Pack (timer and mat); this is what Logan uses. You can get the timer only (no mat) for less money.
• There are cheaper options, but Logan doesn't have experience with them. One option is the QiYi Timer.
