New students 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 Enrollment Fee: $395
For returning students a yearly Supplies Fee of $250 is due in March to reserve their spot for the following school year.
For the 2025-2026 school year, tuition is due at least one month in advance. Our start date is September 2, 2025. The first monthly installment on tuition is due August 2, 2025.
Triumph Academy is currently accepting students aged 5-14 (approximately kindergarten through 8th grade) for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years.
**Please note: 2024-25 school year tuition is $805/month for full time learners. $500/month for 3-day students.
Full Time Tuition for the 2025-26 school year is $8,880 payable in 12 monthly installments ($740/month). Your first payment is due August 2, 2025 (one month before the first day of school), and the last payment will be collected on July 1, 2026.
3-Day Tuition for the 2025-26 school year is $5,520 payable in 12 monthly installments ($460/month). Your first payment is due August 2, 2025 (one month before the first day of school), and the last payment will be collected on July 1, 2026.
Supplies Fees -
Returning Students have a $250 non-refundable yearly supplies fee. To secure re-enrollment for the following school year and hold your spot, please remit payment of the supplies fee for each learner with your re-enrollment form. Upon request, we can send the supplies fee online.
Newly enrolled students have a $395 non-refundable supplies fee (full and part time students). This is due at enrollment to secure a spot in the school. Multi-child families will receive a $30 discount on the newly enrolled student supplies fee for the 2nd, 3rd etc. enrolled learner(s).
Tuition for Multi-child Full-Time Families - The first enrolled learner pays full tuition; for additional enrolled children who live in the same household, tuition will be discounted by 5% for full time students and 3% for part-time students.
**We do offer a discount for full-time enrolled learners of Veterans, Police, Fire, & Teachers. Please ask upon inquiry.
Tuition Assistance - Unfortunately at this time we do not offer any financial assistance. If your child is coming from the public school system and currently has an IEP, they may qualify for a Tennessee state voucher program. Please contact the TN Dept. of Education for more information.
Withdrawal
Enrollment is assumed to be for the entire school year. Should a family separate enrollment during the school year, tuition will be due through the month of withdrawal. Please provide written notice at least 2 weeks before withdrawal to provide the school time to cancel any automatic payments.
